I went to the old trailer today, I was having a look to see what the condition of the property.When I was imprisoned for seven months for “obstructing an officer”; the truth of which was that I was attacked by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department for seeking assistance from law enforcement with the rape that occurred to me by the hand of the Magistrate of Kanawha County Rusty Walter Casto; I was able to contact my mother. She came to visit me, this was the first time I had seen my mother since Darrell Carter of the West Virginia National Guard drugged us in the Italian restaurant. It was the first confirmation that she was alive that I had since 2022 when I took all this information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation to report the public corruption scheme which involved the murder of Franklin Delbert Mitchell and the redirection of his accumulated wealth away from his heirs and into the hands of the white nationalist. During our visit we spoke about the druggings by Darrell Carter and the murder of my father; she seemed to be distance, as if she was on the drugs during our meeting. This meeting was at the West Virginia South Central Regional Jail; so, dead center of this white nationalist harbor. During our meeting she told me that I could go back and live in the trailer in Rand. The property is a small single lot with a mobile home from the 1980s, total value is around $13,000. I payed for it three times over in the rent that I payed to her in the decade of living there. I am being specific; she received over three times the value of the property through the rent payments from me; I also payed for and coordinated all maintenance while living there. Her home is valued at approximately $500,000 it was purchased with the funds she received after the murder of Katherine Louise MItchell, her mother. She also used those funds to purchase a home for my sister who is married to Darrell Carter, and also she purchased two homes for my brother. While I was imprisoned by the that white nationalists she told me I could go live there on her property in Rand.
There is a couple over there, Nancy and Tim, they live on the corner near my mothers property. While I was there they called the Kanawha County Sherriff’s Department, the same organization that attacked me when I went to report Magistrate Casto. I was once again subjected to assault due to their presence. They threatened to bust the windows of my vehicle and made multiple attempted to break in. I knew this guy wanted to grab hold of me, that was his whole thing from the beginning. The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department gave me multiple commands to unlock the door, roll down the windows, get out of the vehicle; after repeatedly telling him no, I asked why I had been pulled over. This guy is from the generation where they gave the kids IPads and Minecraft instead of educating them; raised on GTA5.
They pointed out that my license plate was missing, and wanted to see my vehicle paperwork. I informed them that I was attacked at the DMV and that when I contacted the police they took me to Rusty Walter Casto, the guy who raped me. The Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department completely failed to understand that they where the cause of the missing plates and the fact that I didn’t want to hand my license to them. BE Borchers the one that attacked me at the courthouse destroyed my drivers license while he had it in his hands; he bent it in half, now it fails biometric scans. Their desire to hurt people, damage things, destroy property only makes since if they are white nationalist; citizens of the United States live under a charter called the Constitution and we provide and protect for each other the right to their property. US Citizens also stand in contrast to the white nationalist by concerning themselves with the preservation of freedom of speech, the right to due process, family, spirituality, education, respect, dignity; it goes far beyond not punching each other. I didn’t even know why he was there and why I was pulled over; I assumed it was this white nationalist rapist murder bullshit; but I didn’t know the nature of the white nationalist rapist murder bullshit.
So, here is the nature of the white nationalist rapist murder bullshit… Tim, the guy that lives on the corner is using the property to store his mower accessories, and no doubt is treating the property as his own, since I was ran off by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department working for Magistrate Rusty Walter Casto and Darrell Carter. Mom has no interest in that property; as I said she lives in a palace compared to that ditch, her home is worth $500,000, she buys cars with cash.
Tim called the police because I was there. I was there. That’s all, that’s it. He called the police because I was on my mothers property. He does not know my mother, he’s some guy that Marshall Mash knows. Marshall Mash is the guy they married my mother to, his name is on her house. The house that was purchased with the funds fraudulently procured by the murder of my father, Franklin Delbert Mitchell. The property in Rand was purchased with funds fraudulently procured by the murder of my father, Franklin Delbert Mitchell.
There are three people who have benefited immensely from the murder of Franklin Delbert Mitchell; Darrell Carter, Marshall Mash, and Andrea Tippton. These three people have gone straight from rags to riches; their homes and their vehicles where all provided by Franklin Delbert Mitchell.
Out of my family I am the one with an education, military background, ambition, I’m able to see the big picture. Teresa (mom) and I where the only two that aren’t strung out on drugs; and she isn’t his biological child. She’s Scandinavian; I know that because I did a test and it came back 50% Svenskar. Hej! Franklin Delbert Mitchell was a smart man, I guarantee he left me in charge of everything. Franklin knew I would take care of my mother; this is why I was never given the opportunity to read his will. Gary Marvin Chandler knew this, he found out from the coal executives; that’s why he divorced his wife and abducted us. The white nationalist have allowed him to move around from job to job while he systematically stalked, attacked and destroyed our family.
Good job Tim! Gotta clean that place up buddy. We don’t want these US veterans around here living on their family’s property.
James McDaniel is another one in that area that is working with the white nationalists. Jim opened a gas line so it would leak into my house and he once dumped paint thinner in my yard.
Marshall Mash showed up to assault me; right after the cops told me I would have to walk. They told me I had to walk because they had suspended my license obviously for duplicitous reasons. The purpose of suspending my license is to further the defamation campaign against me which will prevent me from getting help with the inheritance fraud that the state employees are involved in, and to prop up their white nationalists rape group.
That cops stood there and completely dismissed me telling him about murder, rape, involuntary intoxication, verbal assault, perjury, false imprisonment; he dismissed it all and was only concerned with a suspended license for no insurance, and the fact that I walked through my mothers yard. “Rape and Murder… No time for that… We have a report that you where in your moms yard!” The police in West Virginia are physically standing between me and my mother.
Magistrate Rusty Walter Casto said “Fentanyl is the best thing to ever happen to my career”, publicly. I’m sure this sentiment resonates with the police force here in West Virginia.
