- While I served in the Air Force the Commander took two ranks permanently and left me on 16 hour shifts and weekend duty for nearly a year, after a .052 BAC test. After 40 minutes of dealing with their parking lot sobriety tests they took me to have a BAC, the test came back at .052; when I saw the result I grinned and said “See, legal.” The officer chewed on a lump of bullshit for a minute and eventually said, “Not on base”. Well, an adult driver in the majority of states here in the US can have a .08; there’s not on-base and off-base versions of drunk. A pilot of a tractor trailer can legally have a .04. I was driving a Chevy Cavalier on a well lit empty road sober as a bell. I don’t know who they let drive my car home; everyone else in the car was liquor drunk, I was the designated driver.
- Rusty Walter Casto hired a girl named Brittney Matthews, who has a child with D.W. Dalton of Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department (who was on house arrest the first time I met him), to seduce me and put a false Restraining Order on me – Falsely charged “Assault on a Police Officer”, I was beaten in jail. Rusty Walter Casto of course presided over the case himself. It was manufacture by him and the Police for the purpose of defamation.
- Eviction – Jane (Gary Marvin Chandler’s “ex-wife”), working with Rusty Walter Casto.

- Broken Arm – A car crashed into my mothers house, I called the police because we would need a report for the insurance company. While I was taking photos of the car the Kanawha County Sheriff jumped over the fence slammed me and broke my arm. While I was in his custody he went into my phone and deleted all the photos and videos from the first 10 minutes of the crash. The Kanawha County Sherriffs department destroyed the records I was building for the insurance report. He brought a television crew with him, the records on the phone must have contradicted the narrative he wanted the public to here. I was recording video when he attacked me and broke my arm.
- I was assaulted at the DMV, then I was falsely charged of ” assaulting a child at a school” charged by Rusty Walter Casto; the Magistrate, and D.W. Dalton; the guy who has a kid with Brittney Matthews.
- Attack in Ellsworth Maine – Sexual Assault by Police Officers.

- Nitro Police put a tazer in my face while I was attempting to visit my mother, I was assaulted by Marshall Mash who said “I’m going to throw you down the stairs” and told me to “Call Darrell” when it came to speaking to my mother. He is the one who called the police, Peyton Seabolt was one of the responding officers that assisted Marshal Mash in the assault against me in my mothers yard.
- Multiple Druggings by Darrel Carter of the West Virginia National Guard – Gatlinburg, Disney, Kanawha State Forest, some hotel room, the Barboursville Trip. The attempted murder of Teresa, Neveah, Aleczander, Miah and myself.
- Bill Clinton at Ellsworth AFB – Involuntary intoxication during assembly at work at an event where Bill Clinton was due to address the troops.
- Placed inside a wing unnecessarily. I examined the schematics and technical data available on the fuel probe and determined that it was not necessary to enter the fuel cell in order to take a resistance reading of the probe after installation. I was ordered to enter the fuel cell and take the resistance reading from the probe. This required a full PPE transition to external oxygen, fiber optic lights, all tools entering the cell require rubberization and are made of special non-ferrous materials. I was basically inside an environment that would eat my skin off if exposed, there are not many things that are more dangerous than going inside something like that.
- Gary Marvin Chandler manipulated the fuel pump to get into an argument with me, blaming me for destroying the engine in the car by not checking the oil every time I drive it, forcing me to move to our farm in Meigs in order to subject me to the attempted murder by other-generation brother Paul David Mitchell.
- Fired from Costco for: #1 Not wearing a belt, I was a stock boy I started at 2am. #2 Clocking in to early, I didn’t know showing up 5 minutes early was so severe. #3 The straw that broke the camels back, I took a day off. I put in way before the schedule, over a month ahead of time. In the 4 years that I worked for that company I was never late, never called in, never complained, gave em’ my full effort and worked really well with them. They fired me as my Grandmother grew ill, I was forced to move back to Charleston. This is how I ended up in Nitro; where I was subjected to gang stalking by conspirators working with Darrell Carter, Rusty Casto, Kenneth Carter, Gary Marvin Chandler, and Paul David Mitchell.

- James Wood of the West Virginia State Police upon me telling him I had been a victim of rape, as I wiped tears from my face he accused me of reaching for a weapon and stated “You hate your mother don’t you?”, so that indicated to me that he was working with Darrel Carter and Rusty Casto; unless that’s a common practice of his; to tell random people they hate their mothers. He knew who I was, he knows about the murders, he knows about the fraud, he’s with Darrel.
- Police in South Dakota – I reported my car as stolen because I had lent the keys to someone to go to the convenience store and they never returned. They found the car and the driver jumped out and ran on foot. The Officer said that he saw ME that got out of the car and ran; mind you this is after I called them and reported it stolen. At this time I was wearing a bright purple cast on my right arm, I said “You saw me, with this big purple cast?!” and that cop said “Yes.” So I knew they where compromised, untruthful, liars. So I had no problem leaving the state and not looking back. They stole my gold wedding band from my key chain and changed it out for some piece of brass.
