I told my public defender, Taylor Glass, of the Kanawha County Public defenders Office that I wanted to file for a continuance in the early weeks of November. The motion was never filed with the court, there was no hearing for a motion of continuance. On November 21, 2024 the prosecuting attorney of Kanawha County, during a hearing for a bond reduction, mentioned in court that I had filed for and had been granted a continuance.
I assert that this prosecutor could only have been made aware of my desire for continuance by (a) violation of attorney client privilege, or (b) monitoring of phone calls by the jail of inmate to attorney phone calls. The Kanawha County Public Defenders Office, the Kanawha County Prosecutors Office, the Kanawha County Sheriffs Department, and the Kanawha County Magistrate Court are all working together as a single entity; there is no due process, there is no unbiased administration of the cases. The judges and lawyers work with the cops.
So, there is no law here; the police are controlling access to the courts. I was arrested in the act of seeking assistance from law enforcement after being attacked by Rusty Walter Casto of Nitro, WV. Rusty, ran for mayor of Nitro and got it, then he ran for Magistrate and got it, and he used both of these positions to attack me with the cops. The police are attacking the victims of sexual assault, and protecting the perpetrators.
All Taylor Glass had to do was get the video; which showed me being attacked by the Kanawha County Sheriff’s Department employee, Brent E. Borchers.
