Robbery and Destruction of Evidence via Incarceration – $29,321
$29,321 in Equipment Stolen during Incarceration
During incarceration my property was left in the open by those acting as police in this area for thieves to ransack. If questioned they would pass blame and claim to be ignorant of the possibility that someone would come take your things while you where incarcerated for attempting to file charges against Magistrate Rusty Walter Casto of the Kanawha County Magistrate Court. The Kanawha County Police assaulted me in the street and put me in jail; then I was hunted by the adjacent local police as if a warrant had been issued for me. They attacked me at St. Alban’s Marina, and they attacked me twice at the South Charleston Laundromat. These White Nationalists arrested me four time and stole all my records, evidence and the equipment that I was using to investigate the human trafficking organization in this area; of which my family are victims. This does not include impound fees, toe fees, past due fees, and a year of unused insurance, phone and internet… All my clothes…
