Darrel Carter of the Army National Guard of West Virginia has used drugs and psychological subversive persuasion techniques on my mother. Jim Justice, I have seen you run this state my whole life, you didn’t just start being a dumb man yesterday. This guy is drugging people and psychologically abusing everyone around him. He learned it from Paul David Mitchell Sr.; he’s the guy from Ohio, a partner of the entitlement fraud of the estate of Franklin Delbert Mitchell; the estate of which I am heir; the estate from which Darrel Carter siphoned funds and bought a pussy mobile and fake tits for his wife. He’s manipulating people to steal money from my inheritance. That man has an assault rifle upstairs Jim… He’s made sure that I’ve seen guns in every cabinet of his house. I’ve known this guy since 2005, and I have not once seen him make a distinction between the United States Army and the National Guard. He’s wore his uniform to run errands the whole time; he acts like he’s in the United States Armed Forces and employee of the Department of Defense, he does it intentionally to influence my mother. Darrel Carter, the police, and the Mayor of Nitro are using the justice system to create a false narrative around my life in order to defame me to the public so that no one will question why he has received more benefit from my inheritance that I or my brother. Why would my mother allow me and my brother to live in shit; while Darrel Carter wants or needs nothing. He eats from the table of my grandfather Delbert Franklin Mitchell. I am a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, I served as part of the 37 Bomb Squadron of Strategic Air Command Ellsworth AFB out of South Dakota, I attended college at West Virginia State University, one of the most prestigious engineering universities in all of Appalachia. Darrel Carter and those who are working with him present a national security threat by the obstruction of the normal order and function of government and due to targeting and exploitation of a prior United States Air Force service member.
