I’m Raymond Chandler; I was born in Gallopolis Ohio, and my Grandfather was Delbert Franklin Mitchell of Meigs County Ohio. He was in the military, and worked as a welder for AEP and was very wealthy. While I was away on service with the Air Force, my family grandfather died and my family plotted against me to create a fake will and steal my inheritance.
In your state, the state of West Virginia; the Magistrate of Kanawha County Russel Walter Casto is getting away with using the states resources to locate and exploit a prior armed service veterans, stalk them, infiltrate their lives, create false criminal records, throw them in jail without due process, hire prostitutes, actors, and use electronic surveillance to monitor communications and purchases, and indirectly exert influence over their family members, in order to discredit them for the purpose of committing fraud.
Darrell Carter of the West Virginia National Guard who works for the Governor of West Virginia Jim Justice is also involved is involved in stealing the theft of my inheritance. That guy got me drunk and put me in bed with his teenage daughter one night trying to entrap me, I have no doubt that he was motivated by the prospect of receiving money that would have otherwise went to me. It’s apart of the elder fraud scheme they started in order to circumvent the execution of my Grandfathers will. They used my Grandmothers delicate mental state to have her sign a fake will that takes all my rights away and gives everything to my cousin who had never even held a job.
I tried to report the rape to the State Police and he simply became antagonistic towards me. Stating that my words where confusing and that there where to many, it was his opinion that I was using the also using the wrong words. He attempted to insinuate that I had anything but an honorable separation for the Air Force. He even said that he was in the military for 15 years; which was obviously a lie. Towards the end he leaned in on me and looked me in the eye, in a “let’s get to the bottom of this” demeanor, and said to me “You hate your mother don’t you?!”. I started crying and went to wipe my glasses and he reached for his gun and yelled “Stop”, he acted as though I was reaching for a gun. I stopped talking and realized how much danger I was in; so, I left the building because there was no one there to protect me.
I am a homeless veteran out of the state of West Virginia; while I was in the military, my family stole my land and my inheritance with the help of the local politicians, state employees, and the police.
Raymond Chandler
